We want you to feel confident ordering from RGM Collections. If something isn’t right, we’ll help you make it right.
Our 30-Day Return Policy
Most items can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund or replacement, as long as they are unused, in original condition, and returned with any tags or packaging included.
- Return window: 30 days from the date your order was delivered.
- Items must be in new, resellable condition.
- Some personal-use items may be final sale for hygiene reasons (clearly marked on the product page).
How to Start a Return
- Locate your order number from your confirmation email or Order Tracking.
- Email us at support@rgmcollections.com with:
- Your full name
- Order number
- Item(s) you’d like to return
- Reason for the return
- We’ll reply with simple instructions and a return shipping address.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll process your refund back to the original payment method (PayPal or card used at checkout).
- Refund processing time: typically 3–7 business days after we receive your return.
- You’ll receive an email confirmation when your refund has been issued.
Exchanges & Damaged Items
Wrong size or color? Contact us and we’ll help with an exchange if stock is available.
Item arrived damaged or incorrect? Please email photos within 7 days of delivery so we can assist quickly.
