We want you to feel confident ordering from RGM Collections. If something isn’t right, we’ll help you make it right.

Our 30-Day Return Policy

Most items can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund or replacement, as long as they are unused, in original condition, and returned with any tags or packaging included.

  • Return window: 30 days from the date your order was delivered.
  • Items must be in new, resellable condition.
  • Some personal-use items may be final sale for hygiene reasons (clearly marked on the product page).

How to Start a Return

  1. Locate your order number from your confirmation email or Order Tracking.
  2. Email us at support@rgmcollections.com with:
    • Your full name
    • Order number
    • Item(s) you’d like to return
    • Reason for the return
  3. We’ll reply with simple instructions and a return shipping address.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll process your refund back to the original payment method (PayPal or card used at checkout).

  • Refund processing time: typically 3–7 business days after we receive your return.
  • You’ll receive an email confirmation when your refund has been issued.

Exchanges & Damaged Items

Wrong size or color? Contact us and we’ll help with an exchange if stock is available.

Item arrived damaged or incorrect? Please email photos within 7 days of delivery so we can assist quickly.
